Our goal is for you to be pleased with, and proud of, your selection from Crafted by Frank. However, should you want to return or exchange a product, our policies are as follows:

• Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Return shipping to be paid by purchaser.

• Upon receipt of return, customer will be issued refund, credit or exchange; depending on their preference.
